After a long six-year journey, September 1, 2011 began a new era in St. Joseph’s College athletics as the Brooklyn Campus celebrated their first day as full NCAA Division III members.

Pitching one perfect game is enough of an accomplishment, but Alyson Chiaramonte has five to her name after tossing back-to-back perfect games this season and assembling a streak of 50 consecutive batters retired.

Top 10 Moments: #4 – Men's Soccer Makes Headlines in First Win
AD3I Rookie of the Year Raul Urshela scored four goals and Daniela Semilia and Cynthia Gambino teamed up for the first and only goal scored by a female as the Bears defeated Webb, 10-2, in a victory that drew much attention in the local media.

Top 10 Moments: #8 – Multi-Purpose Facility Construction Commences
After years of waiting by the SJC Brooklyn community, construction on a new multi-purpose facility commenced on May 22, 2012. The new facility will house NCAA-regulation basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center and locker rooms, and will be the first true on-campus athletics venue in the Brooklyn campus' history.
